![]() This is a setup I made back in 2005 as an experiment in bone versus morph based facial setups. Among its advantages were the on face animation controls, volume preservation, the sticky lip system and non-linear paths between facial poses. However, some of the disadvantages found were time taken to skin the mesh to the bones (comparable to the time taken to build the equivalent morph targets) and lack of fine details in skin creases and wrinkles.
